Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CULLS, an online multiplayer game operated by Culls Games LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The game

CULLS is the digital edition of the CULLS board game, used under licence from The Op Games. CULLS, its rules, artwork, and marks are the property of their respective owners; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Clerk; you must also comply with Clerk’s and any social login provider’s terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, automate play, or interfere with other players’ games.
• Do not harass other players or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Ratings and leaderboards

Rankings are computed from your completed games. We may recompute, correct, or reset ratings and leaderboards to preserve fair play. Games against bots are unrated.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culls Games LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
