CULLS uses a small number of cookies, limited to what the site needs to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential cookies

• Authentication — set by our login provider, Clerk, to keep you signed in and to protect your session. Without these you cannot sign in.
• Security — used to protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.

Preferences

Some choices (such as the your-turn vibration toggle) are stored locally in your browser, not in a cookie, and those settings are not sent to us. Not everything the site keeps in your browser is a setting, though — the next section covers the Daily Cullzle.

Anonymous puzzle statistics

The Daily Cullzle keeps your results and streak in your browser, plus a random identifier (culls.anon) that persists in your browser. That identifier is sent with anonymous puzzle events (viewed, solved, shared) so we can count how many people play and come back. It is not linked to your account and identifies no one. Clearing site data resets it, and you can turn it off under Settings → "Count my Daily Cullzle plays in anonymous statistics". We keep these events for at most 90 days.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the essential cookies above will prevent sign-in. For more on the data we process, see our Privacy Policy.
